Luke has around twenty years experience in software engineering. Most recently his focus has been on data analytics, cyber security, and digital assurance.
He has been involved in over a dozen of startups typically as cofounder, advisor, or key founding employee. Most continue to grow, and two have achieved exits. Luke is also an experienced consultant having consulted for HSBC and PA Consulting.
He sits on the board of Lab 1 and was the founding CTO and an investor in KYND.

As a co-founder and former Creative Director of the award-winning agency FEE Creative in Hong Kong, Leon specialised in legal and financial sectors and collaborated with global brands. His entrepreneurial ventures included partnerships with IT-related companies like OP Hub Solutions and Y5Buddy.
In 2017, he returned to the UK, focusing on Human-centered design for major corporations.

David is deeply technical, holding a BSc and MSc Computer Science from Durham University.

He is particularly motivated by Wicked Problem solving and has consulted at many private and public sector organisations on how deliver meaningful impact in the toughest of situations. Ben is also the CEO and Founder of Visible, a novel privacy startup which helps people see how they are being (mis)judged from their data trail by AI, businesses and people online. He is an advocate for humane technology, AI ethics and pragmatic regulation.

Ken holds a Bachelor degree and a Master degree in Computer Science from Imperial College London. With around 15 years of software engineering, he has in-depth knowledge in the space of data analytics and social media monitoring.
Notably, Ken was involved in building a social media listening platform for Garanti Banksi (leading bank in Turkey) and The 2012 London Olympics for London Met Police during his time at HP. He also led projects with Asia Miles and P&G at Accenture Interactive in Hong Kong.
He has led projects and teams in world leading consultancy firms as well as involving in several start-ups as technical co-founder, helping a start-up building a social media compliance app that utilises blockchain for transparency of collaborations between influencers and brands to raise 3M investment.
